Wait & Load
We drop it. You load it. We wait.
Service Description
We drop it. You load it. We wait. Our Wait & Load service is perfect for quick cleanouts when you're ready to load immediately. We arrive with a dump trailer and wait on-site while you load your junk at your own pace, then haul it away as soon as you're done. Ideal for remodel debris, yard waste, and small to medium cleanouts. Pricing: $100 for the first hour (1-hour minimum). Additional time is $85 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Includes 1 ton of disposal and 1 dump. Additional disposal weight is billed at $125 per ton; excess weight is rounded up to the next full ton based on official scale tickets. Extra days are not available. Do not load the trailer above the top rim: overfilled loads are subject to a $150 overfill fee, or excess material will be offloaded on site. Driver-Assisted Loading (optional add-on): $125 per hour, minimum 1 hour, billed in 15-minute increments. We load with you. You don't lift.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All services must be booked in advance. Bookings are confirmed once availability is approved and any required deposit or payment is received. Same-day and next-day service requests are subject to availability. Service windows are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, landfill delays, or prior jobs. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. No-shows or refused service upon arrival may be charged the full service amount. Waitlist Policy If a requested service time is unavailable, customers may opt to join the waitlist. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee service. Weather & Access Disclaimer: Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, blocked access, or overfilled/unsafe loads. Junky Monkey reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or violate policy.
