Our complete property clean-out service is designed to clear out an estate, office, or rental property efficiently. We manage everything from sorting and removal to disposal, ensuring a seamless and stress-free process.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All services must be booked in advance. Bookings are confirmed once availability is approved and any required deposit or payment is received. Same-day and next-day service requests are subject to availability. Service windows are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, landfill delays, or prior jobs. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. No-shows or refused service upon arrival may be charged the full service amount. Waitlist Policy If a requested service time is unavailable, customers may opt to join the waitlist. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee service. If an opening becomes available, customers will be contacted in the order added and must confirm promptly to secure the spot. Failure to respond may result in removal from the waitlist. Weather & Access Disclaimer: Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, blocked access, or overfilled/unsafe loads. Junky Monkey reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or violate policy.
